Kemal Tokak (born April 25, 1989 in Yüreğir ) is a Turkish football player .

Club career

Kemal Tokak played for the Adanaspor youth team from 2001 to 2004 , after which he signed his first contract as a professional football player with Dardanelspor . Tokak made his debut for Dardanelspor in the 2nd division against Bursaspor on May 7, 2006. It was also his only and last game for Dardanelspor. He was loaned to Mustafakemalpaşaspor and Orhangazispor for one season each .

Before the start of the 2010/11 season , Kemal Tokak finally left Dardanelspor and played for Samsunspor from then on . In Samsun he was a regular player right from the start and rose with the team to the Süper Lig . A season later, however, they got down again.

After relegation, Tokak's move to Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor was announced. Here he took part in the pre-season camp and fell out with coach Carlos Carvalhal . Then he dissolved his contract with Istanbul BB by mutual agreement and left the club. A short time later, his move to Gaziantepspor was announced.

After just one season he changed his club again and went to the first division club Mersin İdman Yurdu . This change did not materialize later, so Tokak continued his career at Gaziantepspor. In the summer of 2014 he left this club.

In the summer of 2014, Tokak moved to the second division Şanlıurfaspor . For the next second half of the season he left this club and moved to league rivals Elazığspor .

In the 2015/16 winter transfer period, Tokak moved to Boluspor and after a year moved on to third division side Büyükşehir Belediye Erzurumspor . With this club he ended the season as the play-off winner of the TFF 2nd Lig and rose with him to the TFF 1st Lig . Despite this success, Tokak and the club parted ways by mutual agreement in the summer of 2017.

National team

Tokak played twice for the Turkish U-18s in 2007. Since 2011 he has been used several times in the Turkish A2 selection. This team consists of players who belong to the extended squad of the Turkish national team .

As part of the Toulon 2012 tournament , Tokak was appointed to the second selection of the Turkish national team in May 2012 . The Turkish A2 nominated here for players younger than 23 years to meet the age requirements for the tournament. The team made it to the finals and was subject to Mexico's selection.
