Kim Ki-hoon (born July 14, 1967 in Seoul ) won the XVI. Olympic Winter Games 1992 in Albertville the gold medal in the short track over 1000 m and over 5000 m with the Korean team.
At the XVII. At the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, he won the gold medal over 1000 m. He also won gold in the 1500 m at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, when the short track was a demonstration sport. Kim Ki-hoon became the first Korean to win an Olympic gold medal at the Winter Games.
