description

The baroque hall church, consecrated in 1772, is similar in layout and structure to the church in Göhren-Döhlen . The nave has a three-sided end in the west and a rectangular recessed choir , above which the choir tower rises. The top floor of the tower has sound arcades and overlying dials the Clock . The belfry for the bronze bells had to be remade. The tower is covered with a bulbous dome on which an open lantern with a tower ball sits. All roofs are slated . The interior is provided with galleries .

The church furnishings come from the construction time. Only the carved wooden altar dates from the 15th century. The organ with nine registers , divided into a manual and a pedal , was built in 1825 by Johann Gottlieb Schlegel.
