description

The small hall church is of Gothic origin and has been rebuilt several times. It has buttresses and a polygonal east end. From the hipped roof of the nave rises in the eastern part a mighty slate-clad roof turret made of timber framing from 1772, which is covered with an onion-shaped hood on which a lantern sits. The interior has three-sided galleries and is covered with a flat ceiling supported by coves . A pulpit altar belongs to the church furnishings . To the side of it are stalls from the 18th century, the northern one has carved tendrils , putti and a coat of arms . The organ with 4 registers , divided between a manual and a pedal , was built by Ernst Poppe & Sohn around 1890 .
