Kiyan Soltanpour (born July 23, 1989 in Berlin-Charlottenburg ) is a German - Iranian soccer player.

Career

Kiyan Soltanpour was born to Iranian parents in Berlin-Charlottenburg and began his career at the age of five with NFC Rot-Weiß Berlin , where he played for five years. Further stations in the youth were FC Stahl Brandenburg , FC Spandau 06 and most recently Hertha Zehlendorf . From there he moved to the second team at 1. FC Union Berlin in July 2008 . With Union he won the title of mayor in 2010 ; From 2009 to 2011 Soltanpour was the top scorer of Union's second team.

In the summer of 2011 he moved to Borussia Dortmund II , who had just been relegated from the 3rd soccer league . He made his league debut in the black and yellow jersey on August 6 in a 2-0 away win at 1. FC Kaiserslautern II . In the 2-1 away win against the second team of 1. FC Köln on October 22, 2011, he scored his first goal of the season. In the first half of the season he scored a total of three goals, but Soltanpour could not prevail against his rival in storm Terrence Boyd . Therefore, in 2012 he only played five league games for BVB. After the second team was 14 points behind Sportfreunde Lotte at the end of the first half of the season and was thus the only promotion place, the team started a furious race to catch up in the second half of the season, achieved 52 of a maximum of 57 possible points and thus achieved one point ahead of Lotte Promotion to the 3rd soccer league in 2012/13 .

On July 21, 2012 he made his debut in the third division in the 2-0 defeat at VfL Osnabrück . After only six appearances in the third division, he was deleted from the squad by coach David Wagner in early January 2013 and was allowed to look for a new club.

As a result, Soltanpour switched to league rivals 1. FC Saarbrücken just four days later . He signed a contract until the end of the 2012/13 season. After his contract expired and was not renewed, he moved to the Berlin AK 07 . His other stations were the Sumqayıt PFK and the regional league team FC Viktoria 1899 Berlin, before Soltanpour moved within the Regionalliga Nordost to FSV Luckenwalde. After a season in the Regionalliga Nordost at FSV Luckenwalde , Soltanpour joined the traditional club Blau-Weiß 90 Berlin in the Berlin League . But just a year later, the striker moved to the league rivals Berliner Sport-Club . Soltanpour only stayed there for one season and joined the national division 1. FC Wilmersdorf for the 2019/20 season .
