Klaus Naumann (historian)

Klaus Naumann (* 1949 in Bremen ) is a German historian.

biography

Naumann studied history and political science at the University of Marburg and received his doctorate in 1982. He was a member of the SDS and then of the MSB Spartakus , of which he was a member of the federal board and of which he was the federal secretary.

From 1981 to 1992 he was editor of the papers for German and international politics , from 1992 he was co-editor of this magazine for many years.

Since 1992 he has been a research assistant at the Hamburg Institute for Social Research in the work area The Society of the Federal Republic and deals, among other things, with the German military history of the Second World War .
