The Kleine Fontanne (also known as Kleine Fontannen ) is an approximately 11-kilometer-long left tributary of the Fontanne in the Swiss canton of Lucerne , which runs through the Napfbergland and partly forms the north-western border of the Entlebuch region .

The Kleine Fontanne rises at 1061 m above sea level. M. on the striking Stächeleggflue below the 1372 m above sea level. M. high stallion . Initially it flows to the northeast through an untouched and heavily wooded Kerbtal , which runs parallel to the Chrachengraben and Güggigraben and is bordered by the Grosseberg in the southeast. At Paradisli it unites with the Chrachenbach and now flows through the Fontanne valley . Here it initially flows in a south-easterly direction to Hof Rossweid , where it makes a large curve to the north and takes in the Flüebach . Here the valley widens a little and the stream is now lined with fields. Only a little later it flows into 605 m above sea level. M. at the Hintermühleacher farm in the Grosse Fontanne, which is then only called Fontanne and flows about 1 kilometer further down into the Kleine Emme .
Catchment area
The Kleine Fontanne drains an area of 23.34 square kilometers in the lower Entlebuch. This is made up of 57.9% forested area, 38.3% agricultural area, 32.3% settlement area, 0.8% unproductive area and 0.7% water. The highest point of the catchment area is 1367 m above sea level. M. and is located on the eastern slope of the stallion , the average height is 910 m above sea level. M.
