The hospital's fire brigade

The hospital's company fire department was founded on July 10, 2018. It serves to ensure that patients, visitors and employees are better protected in the event of a fire, initiates first aid measures and strengthens the local fire brigades. In addition, the company fire brigade also includes specially trained landing site helpers who ensure safety on the helicopter roof-top landing pad around the clock.

FLIKA development association

The Friends of the Clinic for Children and Adolescents at the St. Marien Amberg Hospital V. ( FLIKA Amberg e.V. ) promotes holistic care and care for children and adolescents in hospitals. The association supports campaigns for health and healthy life in the city ​​of Amberg and the district of Amberg-Sulzbach and helps affected families to cope with the difficult hospital time. It was founded on January 13, 2005 and currently has 161 members.
