Knut Risan (born February 19, 1930 in Nidaros , now Trondheim, † February 1, 2011 in Oslo ) was a Norwegian actor and voice actor .

Life

Knut Risan made his debut at the Norwegian National Theater in Oslo in 1955 and had played in 147 roles. He has also worked at the Norwegian Opera , Den Nationale Scene and the Reichstheater ( Riksteatret ).

Risan has also appeared in films. He played “Helmer” in Nora or A Puppet House by Ibsen, and the king in Reisen til julestjernen . In Jul i Skomakergata he played "Blomsterhandler Rosengren". He is also the Norwegian narrator in the NRK version of Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella . So he is still very present in the annual Christmas program of the NRK television.

Risan was married to the actress Astrid Folstad .
