The Kombach is a two kilometer long, western and left tributary of the Bleidenbach in the area of the municipality of Weilmünster in the Hessian district of Limburg-Weilburg .

The Kombach rises in the Hasselborn Hintertaunus at an altitude of about 290 m above sea level. NHN in a meadow between the market town of Weilmünster in the east and the Weilmünster district of Aulenhausen in the west. Its source is south of Kreisstraße 442 ( Aulenhäuser Straße ) and a good two hundred meters west of the district boundary to Aulenhausen. The Habacherhöfe are to the southwest .
The Kombach first flows about half a kilometer in an easterly direction through the grassland of the Habach corridor , which is overgrown with isolated trees , then changes to the southeast and then runs through wet meadows and fields of the corridor of the same name. It now moves east-south-east past a large group of hedges in the corridor of the Kombacher Berg , then turns its course briefly to the south and then immediately back to the south-south-east and then enters the Wacholderheide nature reserve near Weilmünster .
Before Kombacher court he disappears piped into the ground, crosses or the L 3054 ( Laubusbacher road ) and finally flows near an outdoor pool north of Pröser mill underground verdolt at an altitude of about 196 m from the left in the approaching withdrawing from the south Bleidenbach .
Data
The Kombach is a low mountain range rich in coarse material and silicate. It drains over the Bleidenbach , the Weil , the Lahn and the Rhine into the North Sea . The difference in altitude from its source to its mouth is 94 m, which corresponds to a mean bed gradient of about 44 ‰ over a length of about 2.1 km.
