Nachtgang is a German television film by Christiane Balthasar from 2016. It is the 6th film in the film series Kommissarin Heller .

A policewoman is killed during an operation. In this case, Winnie Heller will investigate in-house.

action

Commissioner Winni Heller incurs the displeasure of the head of operations by acting on her own initiative, although her action had ensured success. In the evening, a colleague's walkout is extensively celebrated in the police canteen. Heller observed a dispute between two police colleagues, but initially did not attach any further importance to it. However, when later that evening the police officer Bettina Feldmann was seriously injured during an operation and subsequently died, Heller is convinced that the police officer was lured into a trap. In this case, the internal department officially takes over the investigation. Nevertheless, Heller cannot hold back and asks the police colleagues some unpleasant questions. Since there are a lot of complaints on record against the victim's colleagues, Heller sees this as a possible motive. In particular, Yvonne Burger and Ronnie Behrens appear suspicious to her, as they believe they are doing unofficial business with drug dealers.

With these suspicions she puts herself in danger. She is attacked one night by three masked people. Thanks to the intervention of Heller's colleague Verhoeven, the commissioner is only slightly injured and Yvonne Burger is exposed. But it turns out that it has nothing to do with the death of Bettina Feldmann. Finally, Commissioner Heller can convict her police colleague Wolfram Becker. He had an affair with Bettina Feldmann and unintentionally fathered a child. While he was pushing for an abortion, she saw it as a new beginning. She blackmailed Becker and demanded money, so that he couldn't help but kill her during the night mission. When the inspector visits Becker at home and tells him that she knows that he is the murderer, the latter shoots himself with his service weapon.

Trivia

A measuring device for an automatic dialing device for data connections was incorrectly used as a requisite for voice analysis of the emergency call (time 33:40).
