Christiane Balthasar

Christiane Balthasar (* 1970 in Hoya ) is a German film director . After working as a draftsman and lighting designer, she studied fiction film directing at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy from 1993 to 1998 . Since 1999 she has directed television films , especially crime novels . She has had a daughter since 2011.
