District regulation
The district regulation (in some countries also district regulation) is a state law that
- the legal status of the districts
- their internal organization
- and the state supervision ( legal supervision or technical supervision ) over them
regulates.
There are different regulatory models ( types of district constitutions ) in the individual federal states .
The district regulations correspond to the municipal regulations at the municipal level.
District regulations of the federal states in Germany
The differences in constitutional types in the countries are due to the occupying powers there, which in some cases set their ideas for communal structures in the countries after the war. The names and meanings of the communal organs vary significantly in the individual countries.
