The Kuloi ( Russian Куло́й, Кула ) is a right tributary of the Waga in the Vologda Oblast and in the Arkhangelsk Oblast in north-western Russia .

The river has its origin in Lake Sondushskoye northwest of the small town of Totma in Vologda Oblast. It flows mainly in a northerly direction. It flows through the Glubokojesee and penetrates the Arkhangelsk Oblast. Later it flows about five kilometers west of the urban-type settlement of the same name, Kuloi , turns west and finally flows into the Waga south of Welsk .

The Kuloi has a length of 206 km and drains an area of ​​3000 km². The mean discharge 53 km before the mouth is 14.3 m³ / s (according to other sources 8.74 m³ / s).
