Kurt Dachlauer (born August 29, 1940 ) is a former German soccer player . The winger in the former World Cup system won the DFB Cup in 1962 with 1. FC Nürnberg on his 22nd birthday with a 2-1 win after extra time in the final against Fortuna Düsseldorf .

Career

Dachlauer came to the last season of the old first-class soccer league south , 1962/63, from the amateur club ESV Nürnberg-West Fürth to the "club". Under coach Herbert Widmayer , the striker made his debut on the first day of play, August 19, 1962, in the 3-2 defeat at Karlsruher SC as a right winger in the Oberliga Süd. In the semi-final game for the DFB Cup on August 22nd against Eintracht Frankfurt, he again acted on the right wing. With a 4-2 home win, the Franks moved into the final.
