Kurt Hasse (cameraman)

Kurt Hasse (born June 4, 1916 in Koenigsberg ; † March 7, 1999 in Munich ; born Kurt Eberhard Hasse ) was a German cameraman .

After training in photography, he first worked in a photocopier . From 1935 he was camera assistant at Ufa . As co-chief cameraman alongside Reimar Kuntze , he was responsible for the first time in 1949.

At first Hasse made several short documentaries, then he made numerous feature films, of which the assassination reconstruction It happened on July 20 , the drama adaptation Before Sunset , the money robbery boomerang and the court drama City received no pity . Since 1965 Hasse worked exclusively for television and, as a cameraman, had a considerable share in the popularity of the seven-part science fiction series Raumpatrouille .
