Kurt Klinger
Kurt Klinger (born July 11, 1928 in Linz , † April 23, 2003 in Vienna ) was an Austrian writer and publicist as well as a literary and theater critic.
Life
Klinger graduated from the commercial academy in Linz and initially worked as an employee of the federal building administration . In addition, he appeared as an actor in the semi-professional theater group "Headlights", directed by Alfred Stögmüller , which also premiered his play "The Golden Cage". has been. In 1953, Klinger began studying German and philosophy at the University of Vienna . Kurt Klinger had been a freelance writer and publicist since the late 1970s . He was the publisher and editor-in-chief of the journal Literature and Criticism . Kurt Klinger died on April 23, 2003 in Vienna and was buried at the Vienna Central Cemetery .
