Kurt Niedermayer (born November 25, 1955 in Reilingen ) is a former German soccer player .
Career as a player
societies
The Niedermayer, who comes from Reilingen in the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis , joined the youth department of the Karlsruher SC through his home club SC Reilingen , where he was active until 1974. The youth national player received a licensed player contract for the 2nd Bundesliga South with the professionals for the 1974/75 season . In the 16 games he played, he also scored two goals. He made his debut on December 14, 1974 (19th matchday) in the 5-0 defeat at Röchling Völklingen , when he came on for Ewald Kling in the 20th minute ; he scored his first goal on January 25, 1975 (21st matchday) in a 2-1 away win over Wormatia Worms - it was the winning goal in the 83rd minute. It was followed by two more seasons - due to the rise - now in the Bundesliga , before the season 1977/78 for FC Bayern München moved - KSC rose as table 16th from.
He completed five seasons for Bayern and won three titles. His last club - also a Bundesliga club - was from 1982 bis 1985 of VfB Stuttgart . After promotion to the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg in 1990, he used himself as a player-coach in 50 third division games, and by the end of his active career in 1992 he scored six goals.
National team
Niedermayer played five times (in a row) for the DFB youth team and scored his two goals on his debut on September 12, 1972 in Rovaniemi in a 2-1 win over Finland and in his last game on September 23 in Copenhagen in the 1: 2 loss to Denmark. He was used three times for the B national team , the first time on October 16, 1979 in Koblenz in the 9-0 victory over the A national team of Luxembourg, and for the last time on September 9, 1980 in Lucerne in the 2-0 defeat against Switzerland .
