Lívia Tóth

Lívia Tóth (born January 7, 1980 ) is a Hungarian obstacle and middle distance runner .

At the European Athletics Championships in Munich in 2002 , she was eliminated over 1500 m in the preliminary run.

After switching to the 3000 meter obstacle course, she retired from the 2005 World Athletics Championships in Helsinki , won the Universiade in Izmir , came fourth at the World Athletics Finals in Monaco and won the Peuerbach New Year's Eve .

She was Hungarian champion over 1500 m three times (2001, 2002, 2004) and seven times (2002–2005, 2008–2010) over 3000 m obstacle. She won national indoor titles in 2005 over 800 m and in 2002, 2003 and 2005 over 1500 m and over 3000 m respectively .

Lívia Tóth is 1.76 m and weighs 57 kg. She is trained by László Koós Hutás and starts for the Veszprémi Egyetemi és Diák Atlétikai Club (VEDAC).
