L-TV Fernsehen is a regional television broadcaster from Baden-Württemberg .

The "L" in "L-TV" stands for the local reference of the program with current topics in the local area. Since the expansion of the broadcasting area by BW Family.tv , the "L" also stands for "Landesfernsehen".

The managing director is Manfred Kusterer, the program management and editor-in-chief is Regina Meyer.

History and reach

L-TV was founded in 1999 and began broadcasting a half-hour magazine program with regional topics in August 2000 as a local TV station in the Rems-Murr district , the districts of Göppingen , Ludwigsburg and in the greater Stuttgart area .

From February 2005 the license of the station changed to the district of Heilbronn , where in addition to the half-hourly repeated magazine broadcast, daily news is broadcast.
