The 2010/11 season was the 15th regular season of the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey (until 2003 Ligue de hockey semi-professionnelle de Québec; until 2004 Ligue de hockey senior majeur du Québec). The seven teams played 42 matches each in the regular season .
The team with the highest points in the regular season were the Cool FM 103.5 de Saint-Georges . In the playoff finals, the Saint-François de Sherbrooke prevailed against the Cool FM 103.5 de Saint-Georges and won the Coupe Canam .
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The GCI de Sorel-Tracy were added to the league as an expansion team.
- The CIMT de Rivière-du-Loup changed their name to 3L de Rivière-du-Loup.
- The CRS Express de Saint-Georges changed their name to COOL FM 103.5 de Saint-Georges.
