La Haute-Chapelle is a town and commune Déléguée in the French community Domfront en Poiraie with 586 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Orne in the region of Normandy . The inhabitants are called chapellois .

With effect from January 1, 2016, the former municipalities of Domfront , La Haute-Chapelle and Rouellé were merged into a Commune nouvelle called Domfront en Poiraie , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Domfront. The community of La Haute-Chapelle belonged to the Arrondissement of Alençon and the canton of Domfront .
