Las Condes is a municipality in the Province of Santiago , Chile . It belongs to the Gran Santiago agglomeration and is considered a district of Santiago.

In Las Condes live 249,893 inhabitants, which are divided into 74,599 households. Generally speaking, Las Condes is one of the richest communities in Chile. The inhabitants of the community are mostly of European origin and some still have German , French, Italian, Arabic or Croatian surnames.

The municipality of Las Condes borders to the north by Av. Presidente Kennedy to the parishes of Vitacura , to the northeast by Lo Barnechea , to the south by Av.
