Lasse Jürgensen (born February 16, 1998 in Graefelfing ) is a German - Danish soccer player. The central defender is currently under contract with third division club SC Verl .

Career

After starting out at TSV Graefelfing , he went to SC Unterpfaffenhofen-Germering for a year after eight years . The German-Dane then moved to the regional league and went through all the youth teams of FC Augsburg s from U15 to U23 . On February 9, 2014, he made his debut for the youth national team of Denmark against Belgium . Two more games for the U16s against England and Spain followed . In another game for the U17, he ran against Norway . In the U23, Lasse Jürgensen played under the coaches Christian Wörns , Dominik Reinhardt , Alexander Frankenberger and Josef Steinberger and was usually seeded there.

After three years in the second team of FC Augsburg (63 appearances, 1 goal), he left the club and switched to SC Verl , which took second place in the Regionalliga West in the 2019/2020 season. Since the first-placed SV Rödinghausen had not applied for a license for the third division, SC Verl was allowed to play the relegation games and rose to the third division.
