Laura Anneli Lepistö (born April 25, 1988 in Espoo ) is a former Finnish figure skater and the first Finnish European figure skating champion in the individual race of women in history.

Lepistö is the Finnish Champion of the Year 2008 and European Champion 2009. She was already third at the European Championships last year. At the 2010 European Championships , she won the silver medal. At the subsequent Olympic Games in Vancouver , she finished 6th as the best European. She is trained by Virpi Horttana. She started ice skating at the age of three. On March 25, 2012, she announced her retirement from competitive sports after having been unable to compete for two seasons due to injury.
