Laura Weider (* 1982 in Bonn ) is a German actress .

life and work

After attending the Konrad-Adenauer-Gymnasium in her hometown, which she left with the general university entrance qualification, Laura Weider studied from 2003 to 2006 at the vocational school for drama, movement and dance in Cologne. Since 2005 she has also had private acting lessons with Florian Reiners and role studies and role work with Arved Birnbaum , Zeljka Preksavec and Walter Gontermann . She attended Meisner workshops with Antonio Ferreira and Bernard Hiller and passed the ZBF exam in February 2008 .

In 2002 Laura Weider made her stage debut in the role of Lucie in Goethe's Stella at the Euro Theater Central Bonn in Bonn. In addition to various smaller stages in Cologne, other stages in her stage career were the Kresch Theater in Krefeld and the Darmstadt Mausefalle, the Rhineland-Palatinate State Theater and the Theater am Schlachthof Neuss . Weider played in various pieces such as Wolfgang Borchert's Outside Front Door , as Caliban in Shakespeare's Der Sturm , in Creeps by Lutz Hübner or Closed Society by Jean-Paul Sartre .

Occasionally Laura Weider is also in front of the camera. In addition to roles in various short films, in 2006 she appeared in Willkommen 2020 , a production from the ZDF series Das kleine Fernsehspiel , and in 2011 she played a supporting role in an episode of the SOKO Cologne series .

In addition, Laura Weider works as a spokesperson in various areas. She lives in Cologne and speaks fluent Hungarian in addition to her native German.
