Laurin & Klement C2

The Laurin & Klement C2 with the designation 12/14 HP derived from type E , but was significantly smaller. The car came out in 1906 as a double phaeton (open 4-seater).

The water-cooled, side-controlled four-cylinder four-stroke engine with T-head had a displacement of 2281 cm³ and an output of 14 hp (10.3 kW). He accelerated the 820-1030 kg vehicle up to 45 km / h. The drive power was passed on to the rear wheels via the separate gearbox and a cardan shaft. The frame of the car was made of riveted steel U-profiles.
