Laurin & Klement C.

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Laurin & Klement C labeled 10/12 HP was parallel to a larger car model Laurin & Klement B built. Like its sister model, it came out in 1906 as a tonneau (2-seater with a closed box body) with entry from the rear.

The water-cooled, alternately controlled four-stroke engine had a displacement of 2042 cm³ and an output of 9 hp (6.6 kW). He accelerated the 790-810 kg vehicle up to 45-50 km / h. The drive power was passed on to the rear wheels via the separate gearbox and a cardan shaft. The frame of the car was made of riveted steel U-profiles.

14 complete cars were made from this model.
