Lena Schrum (born January 10, 1991 in Heide ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Over the stations Holstein Pahlen and Heider SV Schrum moved in the summer of 2007 to the 2nd Bundesliga North to Holstein Kiel . In Kiel she became a regular player straight away and played 63 of 66 possible second division games in three years and was also used in the two relegation games against FFC Wacker Munich . In addition, she was a regular member of the Schleswig-Holstein Football Association's squad at various state cups during this time .

In the summer of 2010, Schrum and teammate Rachel Rinast moved to 1. FC Köln in the 2. Bundesliga South. After becoming runner- up with the team in the 2010/11 , 2012/13 and 2013/14 seasons, she was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2014/15 as an undefeated champion . On August 30, 2015 (1st matchday), she made her Bundesliga debut in the away game against Werder Bremen . After Cologne's direct relegation, Schrum signed a contract with Bayer 04 Leverkusen for the 2016/17 season . After a season of injuries in 2016/17, she ended her active sporting career.
