Liam Moore (born January 31, 1993 in Loughborough ) is an English football player .

Leicester City

Originally from the youth academy of the English second division club Leicester City , Liam Moore moved to the fourth division club Bradford City on August 5, 2011 on loan . Just a day later, he made his professional debut in a 2-1 home loss to Aldershot Town . By December 31, 2011, he played seventeen league games in Football League Two .

After returning to Leicester City, he made his home club debut on January 2, 2012 in a 2-1 away win over Crystal Palace. At the beginning of the Football League Championship 2012/13 , the 19-year-old defender won a regular place in the second division. After losing his regular place, Moore moved to Brentford FC on February 20, 2013 on loan until the end of the season . However, the loan deal at the third division ended prematurely on March 30, 2013 when Leicester called him back. Since the start of the Football League Championship 2013/14 season , Moore was regularly used by coach Nigel Pearson on the defensive of the second division. In October 2013, he was named the Football League's Best Young Player of the Month for September .

On November 13, 2012, Liam Moore made his debut for the England U-21 national team in a 2-0 home win over Northern Ireland.
