Libagua is an East Timorese place, Aldeia and Suco in the administrative office of Laga ( municipality of Baucau ).
The place
The place Libagua (also Uari Lana ) is located in the north of Sucos, at an altitude of 484 m . Here is the primary school of sucos, the Escola Primaria Catolica Libagua .

729 inhabitants live in Libagua (2015), of which 357 are men and 372 women. The population density is 79.7 inhabitants / km². There are 133 households in the Suco. Almost 100% of the population name Makasae as their mother tongue.
Before the 2015 territorial reform, Libagua had an area of 8.74 km². Now it is 9.15 km². The Suco is located in the center of the Laga administrative office. To the west is the Suco Tequinaumata , to the north the Sucos Soba , Nunira and Samalari , southeast of the Suco Sagadate and south of the Suco Atelari . The overland road from the administrative capital Laga to Baguia touches the Suco Libagua at its northern tip. This, together with the place Libagua, is separated from the rest of the Suco by the river Assarini . The Assarini rises on the border with Samalari, crosses Libagua and separates the Suco from its neighbor Soba before flowing into the Lequinamo , which rises in the border area between Libagua and Tequinaumata.
Between the borders with Soba in the west and Nunira in the north and the Assarini in the south lies the village of Larimuta ( Larim ). South of the river, near the center of Sucos, is the village of Tirilolo .
In the Suco there are the five Aldeias Buibata , Larimuta , Larino , Libagua and Tirilolo .
politics
In the elections of 2004/2005 was Abel de Carvalho Gama elected Chefe de Suco and in 2009 re-elected. In the elections in 2016 won Francisco de Carvalho .
