The Libyan national volleyball team for men is a selection of the best Libyan players that the Libyan Volleyball Federation represents at international tournaments and internationals.
history
World Championship
In the only participation in a volleyball world championship , Libya took the last of 24 places in 1982.
Olympic games
Libya took part in the 1980 Olympic tournament in Moscow and finished last among ten teams.
African Championship
At the first African Cup of Nations in 1967, Libya came fourth. When the title fights took place in 1979 in their own country, Libya was only defeated in the final against Tunisia . After that, Libya could no longer qualify.
World cup
Libya has never participated in the World Cup .
World league
Libya did not play in the world league .
