The new building was on 21 December 1993 by the Elsflether shipyard with hull number 417 to set keel and ran on 28 May 1994 by the stack . The Lili Marleen was completed in September 1994 and delivered to the Deilmann shipping company, which used the ship worldwide. With a regular crew of 25, the focus for the 50 passengers was on the sailing experience in a casual atmosphere and without evening wear. Most recently, following the wishes of the passengers , the Lili Marleen undertook one-week sailing cruises in the Baltic Sea from the home port of Neustadt in Holstein . In 1997 and 2004 the ship also took part in the Hanse Sail .
In 2004 the ship was sold to the Shelwina Corporation Sdn. Bhd. sold to Malaysia and has since been used for charter trips from Port Klang , for example in June 2011 off Langkawi .

Main deck: 2 category A cabins (approx. 9 m 2 with closed windows), restaurant, palaver deck, lounge and bar
Promenade deck: 3 cabins of category C (approx. 13 m 2 with closed windows), Lili's bar and sun deck
