  • Provinzialstraße, Compressor Hall, 1917–1918 (part of the ensemble): The facade of the Compressor Hall is divided into arched windows, pilaster strips and friezes . After the hall was no longer needed to accommodate compressors, it served as a workshop.

1935 The building with a flat hipped roof was built around 1935. The three-story sandstone building has nine window axes. The middle three are housed in a risalite . The simple portal is roofed over by a söller with four square narrow columns, which forms a balcony on the first floor. The central projection ends in a stepped gable with a clock that protrudes over the eaves into the roof. In the south there is a two-axis extension with an entrance arcade on the southwest corner and a staircase tower. The back of the building with a rusticated base floor is plastered. About the middle three axes here rises Zwerchhaus . There are three round windows on the 1st floor.
