The list of architectural monuments in Rheine contains the listed buildings in the area of ​​the city of Rheine in the Steinfurt district in North Rhine-Westphalia (as of April 2016). These architectural monuments are entered in the list of monuments of the city of Rheine; The basis for the admission is the Monument Protection Act North Rhine-Westphalia (DSchG NRW).

Architectural monuments

There are over 160 monuments in the city of Rheine. Two architectural monuments (workers' settlements No. 197 and 207) extend to monument areas . Over 100 objects have meanwhile been removed from the list of monuments; their numbers are listed in the “ Former Monuments ” section .

The list includes the name or the building type, a location ( district and, if applicable, part of the town, address), the date of entry in the list of monuments and the list number of the lower monument authority. The name corresponds to the name given by the city. Abbreviations have been resolved for better understanding, the typography has been adapted to that used in Wikipedia and typos have been corrected. If available, there is also a photograph of the monument, a brief description and information on the construction time.
