Grenzburg bei Penkun, first mentioned in 1190; 13th century castle; In 1479, Duke Bogislaw X enfeoffed Werner von der Schulenburg with the castle and town. Palace construction from 1484 to 1486 including existing parts; Conversion as a 3-storey three-wing complex from 1580 and 1590 in the Renaissance style according to plans by probably Thaddäus Paglion; two portals from the 17th century
City wall (on Jungfernstieg and in Werner-von-der-Schulenburg-Strasse)
Field stone church from 1229; Burned out in 1888 and then rebuilt with a neo-Gothic, 3-storey. Tower with pointed helmet ; Chancel in the apse , east stepped gable ; Baptismal font from 1685.
Gothic building from 1276, now plastered; Only the stone walls with remains of old window arches are preserved; neo-Gothic tower from 1897 with a small museum with inventories from the church, village and school.

Atonement stone or Mordwange von Sommersdorf from 1423; rectangular, Gotland sand-lime brick with Greek cross and Gothic minuscules . Occasion: Henrik von Ramin from Wartin was killed by farmers because he had done violence to the wives of the farm workers.
