Monument text:

Cottage built around 1800. Small half-timbered house with a massive ground floor. This in the original structure with gray plaster and natural stone walls. The upper floor half-timbered clad or plastered. House closure through gable roof. Remarkable are the still preserved winter windows and a historical front door, probably from the beginning of the 20th century. The building belongs to a group of cottages along the main street, which were probably built in this density in connection with the industrialization of the Zwickau area in the 19th century. As a testimony to this development of the village and as a typical cottage from the beginning of the 19th century, the building gains importance in terms of local and architectural history.
