List of cultural assets in Kandersteg
The list of cultural assets in Kandersteg contains all objects in the municipality of Kandersteg in the canton of Bern that are subject to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict , the Federal Act of June 20, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict and the Ordinance of 29 June 2014 October 2014 on the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict .
Objects in category A are fully included in the list, objects in category B are not shown in the municipality, objects in category C are currently missing (as of January 1, 2018). Among other monuments protected objects are found, the "worthy of protection" in the canton of Bern Bauinventar than are listed.

Former farmhouse built in 1753 , now used as a restaurant . The block building with a gable roof and baroque curved block consoles stands out due to the lavish decoration in the form of diamond, carnies and cube friezes as well as floral and figurative painting. Two bears and two laurel-framed medallions with a hunting scene (left hunter, right deer / chamois) are shown in the gable. The facade inscriptions are partly carved and partly painted. |
