The list of cultural assets in Oberwil im Simmental contains all objects in the municipality of Oberwil im Simmental in the canton of Bern that are subject to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict , the Federal Act of June 20, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflicts and the Ordinance of October 29, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict .
Objects in category A and B are fully included in the list, objects in category C are currently missing (as of January 1, 2018). Among other monuments protected objects are found, the "worthy of protection" in the canton of Bern Bauinventar than are listed.

Very representative farmhouse built in 1757 in a traditionally mixed construction. The excellent carpentry work by Hans Messerli includes carved friezes, contoured Gwätt heads and powerful, bulbous, curved block consoles . The richly painted baroque jewelry shows the younger Simmental style of the painter Christoph Allenbach. The bent quarter- hipped roof is atypical of the site for the construction period .

In addition to the Ranggiloch near Boltigen and the Chilchli Cave near Erlenbach , this paleolithic abri hides the oldest traces of human settlement in the canton of Bern.

The core of the church building dates back to the 13th century, with renovations and extensions from the 15th to the 18th century. Today it presents itself as a late Gothic hall church with a retracted late Romanesque rectangular choir and a tower adjoining it to the north with a pointed helmet , whereby the individual parts of the building each have a saddle roof . Next door is the rectory , built in 1748 , a representative plastered building under a bent full hipped roof with portholes . |
