List of LAG and LEAG locomotives and railcars

This list includes the locomotives and railcars of the Lokalbahn Aktien-Gesellschaft (LAG) and the Lausitzer Eisenbahn Gesellschaft (LEAG) .

The vehicles of the LAG and the LEAG were managed in a common company number scheme. The vehicles were marked with a consecutive company number, regardless of their design or track width. The newly purchased vehicles were each given the next free company number.

Steam locomotives

A total of 89 steam locomotives have been procured over the years for operation on the LAG and LEAG routes. In 1938 the 50 remaining locomotives were taken over by the Deutsche Reichsbahn . Another five locomotives came via the Royal Bavarian State Railroad (K.Bay.Sts.B) to the Bavarian group administration or to the Reichsbahn.

After the three steam locomotives 62 to 64 of the LAG were sent to the K.Bay.Sts.B. were handed over, the free establishment numbers were reassigned by the LAG. Road numbers 78 and 79 are unoccupied.

The LAG only used electric locomotives on the Murnau-Oberammergau railway line .

Railcar

The railcars were led in a scheme with the passenger cars. Passenger cars or freight cars converted into railcars kept their company numbers. Deviating from the usual numbering scheme, the diesel railcars of the LEAG procured from 1935 onwards were designated as T1 to T3.
