The list of districts of Hattingen names districts and districts of the city of Hattingen , Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis .

Today's urban area was created on January 1, 1970 through the law for the reorganization of the Ennepe-Ruhr district and the dissolution of the offices of Hattingen and Blankenstein .
