List of governors of Trentino
The list of provincial governors of Trentino includes all provincial governors of Trentino .
As a result of the Second Statute of Autonomy in 1972, both Trentino and South Tyrol were given the status of an Autonomous Province with expanded powers, and since then the official title has been Presidente della Provincia Autonoma di Trento . The governor - unlike the governor of South Tyrol - is elected directly with the state parliament.
