This list of abandoned monuments in Christchurch includes all buildings and monuments of the New Zealand city of Christchurch that were formerly classified as monuments by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust (Historic Place Category 1, 2 or Historic area) . The currently listed monuments are included in the list of monuments in Christchurch .

A large number of architectural monuments in Christchurch were destroyed by the Christchurch earthquake in 2011 or subsequently demolished due to severe damage. These architectural monuments have been removed from the NZHPT register and can be found on the organization's website under the heading “Heritage Lost”.
