The two-storey wall construction was documented in 1900/1902. It has a hipped roof and a regular facade structure, with the gable side facing north towards the street. At the entrance facade, a brick staircase leads to the central corridor. The three-dimensional structure of the facade is made by corner blocks and straight frames at the wall openings.

According to the inscription, the building was erected in 1551 and served as an inn from 1614. Later the house where the Baroque sculptor Daniel Gramaiser was born and an extension in 1787, which resulted in the present-day form of a two-storey brick residential building with a gable roof and expanded basement foundation.

The school building was built in 1925–1927 as a replacement for the first school and sacristan's house, which was built in 1780 and later demolished. In 1945 the interior was almost completely destroyed, from 1956 to 1959 the building was heavily rebuilt and an extension was added. On the entrance facade is a picture that was created by Norbert Strolz in 1959 .

The early Baroque church was built in 1681–1686, then changed several times and extended to the west by two window axes in 1930–1932. The nave is connected to the choir of the same width and the mighty neo-Romanesque north tower; the two-storey sacristy is attached to the east. The facades are structured with corner cuboids and plaster cuboid framing around the windows, the pointed arch west portal probably dates from the 17th century. The interior of the four-bay nave is structured by a barn with stucco caps and stacked pilasters; the retracted triumphal arch from 1686 is laterally surrounded by stucco ribbons. The ceiling frescoes with scenic depictions of saints, created around 1790, are attributed to Johann Georg Witwer .

The war memorial south of the parish church was consecrated in 1923. The brick, flat niche shrine has a carnation-arched end, in the niche there is a relief carving of a kneeling soldier by Karl Siber. Below and to the side, inscription panels with the names of the fallen soldiers of the First World War, expanded after 1945 by a panel with the names of the fallen soldiers of the Second World War below the relief.

The cemetery, which was already mentioned in a document in 1688, was rebuilt in 1973–1975 north of the church . The cemetery wall is covered with wooden boards and is broken through to the east and west by wrought iron gates.

The funerary chapel was built from 1973 to 1975 according to plans by Frohwalt Lechleitner as part of the new cemetery on the site of the old Widum. The single-storey wall construction over a rectangular floor plan with a gable roof has a double-winged portal in the west.

The niche shrine, built in 1867 with an inscription, is a rectangular wall construction with a shingle-covered gable roof. Towards the path it has an arched, closed opening with barrel vaults and stitch caps. In the barred niche there is a crucifix from the 19th century.

The baroque chapel was probably built in the 18th century and rebuilt or renovated in 1824. The two-bay brick chapel with a three-sided choir closure has a wooden ridge turret with an onion helmet on the gable roof. The curved gable facade has a segment arch portal with flanking quadruple openings. The facade is structured by cornices, pilasters and frames for the wall openings. The interior is provided with a needle cap barrel vault on pilasters with profiled capitals.

The church, located high above the valley floor near the hamlet of Obsaurs, was first mentioned in a document in 1451. She is the St.  Consecrated to Vigilius of Trento . The Gothic building from this period was rebuilt between 1500 and 1521, the nave was rebuilt using the existing roof structure. In the 17th century, the church was rebuilt again and extensions were added. In 1853 the western vestibule was added. The late Gothic hall building with a polygonal end has a pointed arched portal in the west. On the west and south facades there are frescoes presumably from the first half of the 16th century, depicting the hll. Representing Michael, Paul and George or a crucifixion scene, saints and donors. The Christophorus fresco on the north facade dates from the beginning of the 17th century. The interior of the two-bay nave has a ribbed vault with round, painted keystones with evangelist symbols and the Lamb of God from the beginning of the 16th century. The choir with a five-sided end and a mesh vault is separated by a pointed arch, drawn in and beveled triumphal arch. The heavily fragmented paintings in the choir vault from 1634 show two evangelists, the Man of Sorrows with instruments of suffering and tendrils of flowers, a crucifix on the choir wall. On the west wall there is a fragment of a representation of the Last Judgment, on the side in the vault a representation of mercenaries.

The bell tower stands north and above the Vigilkirche . The massive, late medieval tower stump from the 16th century was adapted as a bell tower with a wooden structure. Its original function is unknown. It has a chamfered round arch portal from the 16th century and slotted windows. The bell is marked 1647 and comes from a Barthlmä Köttelath.

The chapel shrine on the way from Schönwies to Obsaurs was built in 1844. The rectangular wall construction with a steep, board-covered saddle roof houses a crucifix on a brick cafeteria in the arched niche vaulted with stitches .

The two-bay brick chapel with a flat, round choir was built in 1723. It has a gable roof with a ridge turret with a pyramid roof and an arched portal. The facade is structured with cornices, corner pilasters and frames for the wall openings. The interior has a flat ceiling with a stucco frame and indicated pilasters on the side walls.
