The old doctor's house was rebuilt after the village fire in 1911 based on the baroque forms of the 18th century. It has been owned by the municipality of Zams and the seat of the TirolWest tourist board since 1985 . The free-standing, two-storey building has a steep hipped roof and an irregular facade structure. The building is accessed on the western gable facade via a double-barreled, brick staircase. On the east gable facade a picture of St. Christophorus of more recent date. Inside the house there are vaulted cellars from the 18th century.

A church was first mentioned in a document in 1271. The current building was built after the village fire in 1911 in place of the previous building from 1695 according to plans by Josef Huter in the neo-baroque style. The hall building with a central transept and a recessed, round arched choir is provided with a hipped gable roof. The interior has a central bay in the nave with square vaults and short, barrel-vaulted transverse arms, the other bays and choir are vaulted by a basket-arch barrel. The stucco medallions in the vault show Empire motifs, the ceiling paintings were created by Toni Kirchmayr in 1941 . The free-standing church tower northeast of the parish church has been preserved from the previous Baroque building from the 17th century. It was renewed after a fire in 1764 and was completed around 1912 with a folding roof with lantern and bulb.

The villa was built in 1909 in the style of late historicism with elements of the homeland style. The facades are varied with bay windows, federal gables designed and porches, the interior has a grand plan with room arrangement around a central hall and still has largely belt floors and doors from the time it was built.

The core of the Einhof probably dates from the 17th century. A farm building is connected to the rear in the ridge line and a narrow annex is built on the southeast side. Two-storey wall construction on a raised basement with a central floor plan, above it a gable roof and gable roof . The gable facade is accessed via a double-barreled, brick staircase and a rectangular portal. Wall painting Holy Walk from the 2nd half of the 17th century. Inside there is a barrel-vaulted smoke kitchen and a paneled room with a field ceiling (inscribed 1793). The rear economic section is wider than the residential building and has a block construction. He has a little booth on the east side. The house has seen only minor changes over time. It is a remarkable testimony to the building culture prevailing in the Upper Inn Valley.

The monastery church of the Merciful Sisters was built from 1872 according to plans by Josef von Stadl in neo-Romanesque style and consecrated in 1877. 1958–1960 it was redesigned according to plans by Ingo Feßler . The church, which is integrated to the north-east of the monastery complex , is a single-nave, four-axis building with a strongly recessed, low round apse. The facades are accentuated with colored corner stones on the pilaster strips, wall edges and window and door openings. The glass windows were created in 1959 by Margarethe Gabrielli-Kapferer , the pulpit in 1959 by Josef Baumgartner .

The mother house of the Sisters of Mercy was rebuilt after a fire in 1872 according to plans by Josef von Stadl . In 1882/83 a retreat house was added, and a boarding school building in 1992/93. The four-wing complex is arranged around an inner courtyard, with the monastery church attached to the northeast . The facades are accentuated with colored corner stones on the wall edges and the window and door openings.

The Widum is north of the parish church . The elongated, two-storey wall construction over a rectangular floor plan has a steep gable roof and a stair tower attached to the north . The building is essentially late Gothic, in 2008 the rooms on the upper floor were adapted for parish purposes. Some of the windows and doors on the ground floor have late Gothic, barred stone walls. From the second floor onwards, the brick tower is polygonal with bevelled corners, and a one-story wooden tower with windows and a tent roof protruding above the roof of the Widum. The rectory is accessible on the ground floor through a Gothic portal with cross bars in the wall. Inside there is a corrugated corridor and Gothic portals, in the basement a needle cap barrel and numerous building details from the Gothic period.

The fortification is located at a natural narrow point at the exit of the Zammerloch on the left bank of the Inn. It once marked the boundary of the Schrofenstein truce . The dam, built at the end of the 15th / beginning of the 16th century, consisted of three towers, which were connected by a long defensive wall. The top tower stands on a ledge, the middle one has been converted into a residential building. The lowest tower stood on the banks of the Inn; it was destroyed by floods in the 19th century and was no longer rebuilt. The walls were later partially included in the construction of buildings.

The hospital was built in 1811 as a private hospital of the Sisters of Charity in Zams and rebuilt after a fire in 1870; since 1881 it has been a public hospital. 1908–1910 it was expanded with an extension, 1930–1934 the north wing was built according to plans by Willibald Braun . The U-shaped layout encloses an inner courtyard; the original main building from 1910 forms the north-eastern wing, which in 1934 was connected to the newly constructed south-western bed wing by a right-angled connecting wing. This is an elongated, slightly curved, four-storey building with a flat roof; to the north it is closed off by five-storey tower-like risalits with a hipped roof and roof houses. In 1950 and 1990 further wings were added. The chapel wing with tower adjoining the north wing to the south was also built around 1934 according to plans by Willibald Braun. The chapel is a three-axis structured room with a raised central axis with a concrete beam ceiling. The designs for the stained glass windows and the mural of St. Vinzenz come from Carl Rieder .

The ensemble, picturesquely situated in the forest north of Zams, consists of the Ölberg niche, a Lourdes grotto and benches set up below the rock face under a wooden pent roof. The Mount of Olives niche was built in the second half of the 19th century, a round arch niche with a half-height lattice and a carved Mount of Olives group (Christ with two angels) is embedded in the steep rock. The Lourdes grotto to the left dates from the 1st quarter of the 20th century, it is located in a natural cavity in the steep rock, with plaster figures of the Lourdes Madonna and a kneeling angel.

The Inn Bridge was built in 1929–1930 instead of a wooden predecessor from 1830 according to plans by Karl Lehrmann . The concrete three- hinged arch bridge has a clear width of 55 m and cantilevered parapet walls.

The chapel at the Innbrücke was rebuilt in 1987 on the occasion of road works in place of a previous building, probably from the 18th century, in a new place on the opposite side of the river. The chapel commemorates the battles of 1703 and the demolition of the Zammer Inn Bridge. The open, shrine-like, bricked chapel has a pyramid roof with wood clapboard. A wooden relief by Franz Xaver Hauser is located in the choir behind a wrought iron grille .

A chapel built in 1669 was enlarged in 1708 and consecrated in 1713. The simple building, located high above the Inn Valley, consists of a three-bay nave with an apse closed on five sides and a tower with a short pointed gable roof. Inside, the nave , which is structured with pilasters, is separated from the apse by a beveled triumphal arch with mantelpiece cornices. The vault is provided with stucco in the style of the 17th century.

The brick two-bay chapel with a drawn-in three-sided choir with a 3/8 end, gable roof and wooden roof turret with a shingled pointed helmet was consecrated in 1686. On the gable facade there is a roofed basket arch portal with a wooden door, flanked by segmented arched windows. All window and door openings are emphasized by plaster walls . The interior is vaulted by a needle cap barrel with decorative painting.

The simple baroque church was built in place of a chapel built in 1673 between 1711 and 1714 and consecrated in 1718; the tower with a gabled spire was added in 1912. The three-bay nave with a choir closing on five sides has a needle cap barrel over pilasters with battlements and a chamfered, round-arched triumphal arch . The vault has stucco ribbons on the ridges and baroque ceiling paintings in medallions with scenic depictions of saints from the middle of the 18th century.

A prehistoric hilltop settlement was probably located on the castle hill of the Kronburg , as archaeological finds suggest. The finds that are kept in the Tyrolean State Museum include bronze chopsticks and a magnificent bronze knife, which was probably made in the early Hallstatt period . The objects probably used for rituals suggest a place of sacrifice.

The Widum is part of the ensemble of Widum, monastery, sacristan's house and inn on a saddle height south of the Kronburg, which is enthroned on a mountain rock. It consists of a two-storey wall structure, the core of which probably dates from the middle of the 19th century, and has a gable roof and fret gable. The murals sundial and Maria-Hilf were created on the south facade. Wall edges on the building were emphasized by painting ashlars.

The brick-built, two-bay chapel with a three-sided choir, a cantilevered saddle roof and an open, wooden roof turret with a shingled pyramid roof was built in 1774. On the gable side there is a segmented arch portal with a wooden door, in the gable field a painted double cross. The inside is provided with a barrel vault .

The chapel was erected in 1978/79 in place of a previous building that was probably built in the 18th century and had to give way to a road. The plans for the brick chapel with a rectangular floor plan come from Franz Ladner from Zams. The eye-catching roof structure consists of an open gable roof with a bell cage and two bells and a pyramid roof with an elongated western part. The interior is paneled with wood.
