The secluded cemetery was created in 1952 south of the village on the right bank of the Rosanna . The memorial chapel for the fallen of the world wars was built according to the plans of the architect Hans Feßler . Since the chapel was submerged during the August floods in 2005 and could not be preserved, it was replaced by a new building designed by Rupert Mesner with a square floor plan and a saddle roof over a circumferential ribbon of glass. The sgraffito Resurrection of Christ by Wilfried Kirschl from 1953 and the Pietà by the sculptor Sepp Baumgartner were transferred from the old chapel.
