Llukar ( Albanian also Llukari , Serbian Лукаре Lukare ) is a village in Kosovo . It belongs to the municipality of Pristina and is located about four kilometers northeast of the capital Pristina .

The place name is Roman - Latin origin.

In the 2011 census , Llukar had a population of 1579. All of them (100%) stated to be Albanians .
