Lohhof is a part of the municipality of Langenaltheim in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen . The desert is at an altitude of around 496 meters above sea level and has 14 inhabitants (as of 1987).
The place is located in the south of the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in the Altmühltal nature park , northwest of Langenaltheim on a meadow north of a forest edge in the Weißenburger Alb , a ridge of the Franconian Alb . Rehlingen is to the west . A road connects the place with the surrounding places. In the south, an adjacent conservation area on.
In 1846 there were two houses, two families and four souls in Lohhof . In 1875 the seven residents lived in three buildings. They owned a total of two horses and eighteen cattle. Before the municipal reform in Bavaria in the 1970s, Lohhof was a district of Haag near Treuchtlingen .
In a fire on December 10, 2018, a property at Lohhof burned down completely.
