Louis Grogna (born June 17, 1879 in Seraing , † March 6, 1940 in Liège ) was a Belgian track cyclist .

Louis Grogna was a sprint specialist . In this discipline he won numerous grand prizes and other international races across Europe , including the Grand Prix de Reims once , the Grand Prix d'Angers twice and the Aachen one. At the sprint classic Grand Prix de Paris , he finished second in 1902. In 1899 he became Belgian sprint champion, and vice-champion the following year.

Because Grogna was short and beardless and also wore glasses, he was called Le petit curé ( The little priest ). He is considered to be the discoverer of Lucien Petit-Breton in France .
