Lu Chunlong ( Chinese  陸春龍  /  陆春龙 , Pinyin Lù Chūnlóng ; born April 8, 1989 in Jiangyin ) is a Chinese trampoline gymnast . He is trained by Hu Xinggang . His greatest achievement is winning the gold medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics .

Lu Chunlong became the Chinese trampoline gymnastics champion in 2005. The following year he won the silver medal at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha . At the 2007 Trampoline World Championships in Québec , Lu achieved first place with the team and thus won the gold medal. He was named to the Chinese squad for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing . In the competition he was able to prevail against the Canadian Jason Burnett and his compatriot Dong Dong and became Olympic champion.
